Poor instructions
Cannot physically speak to a human when you have a problem. I accidentally deleted/removed the camera as I was trying to reset it, I paid the Cloud subscription yet they cannot re-connect the Cloud to see the continual movement. I cannot even delete the camera again to re-boot. At least I have a camera on but it is not ideal. Following the instructions is not clear.

Schedule keeps turning off
What is the point of a pet feeder that keep a turning off the feeding schedule - please get an update sorted that fixes this!!
Notification alerts
Just a little improvement that I would like to see would be the ability to change the notification sound within the app so that my wife, who is partially deaf, would be able to hear it when the alert is triggered.

Tried to unconnect cameras to be used by another person. Cannot do this. After 2 emails to customer service I have had silence in return. Very unprofessional.
Amateur app security risk behaves like spyware
Very poor app. Sometimes Cameras turn on by themselves when you turn them off. If you install an SD card and if WiFI not available , camera will record but WILL NOT allow you to see the recordings, however, when internet comes back on all offline content is uploaded to the Chinese servers. Terms of use state that data collected by camera is governed by the laws of PRC. READ THE FINE PRUNT Never use Cocoon cameras in sensitive locations.

The camera keeps going offline after 3 days I have to switch the camera off then back on again to re connect to network. This always happens when I need to check the area. If it could be reset online rather than physicaly doing it would be better. Also only picks up images at about 3 metres.

Since last update this app keeps turning off the feeds I have scheduled which makes the pet feeder next to useless

At least 9 times out of 10 the app doesn’t connect to the doorbell. Each time it either says “wake up device” or “failed to establish encrypted channel”. I am so over this app and door bell. Useless.
Needs update
Works great until I upgraded to iphone 14. Now cant view in landscape anymore so lost a star for that so plz update. Works great & will be perfect once these guys update & fix the landscape problem. The landscape thing also freezes the app most of the time too now

Update has disabled camera connection
The app has been updated and before I can get access to the camera I have to update permissions. But the app now says there is a problem with network connection - there is no problem. The only problem is I can’t get access to the camera through the app.
The app needs update now
The app is too old to run smoothly. The devices keep loosing connection to the app.
