Distorted transmit audio
On IOS 13.7 and IOS 14.0 transmit audio is distorted due to overdriving and unusable. Codan support challenging to deal with, not on point, minimising the issue and deflecting the issue back to the customer. Currently, Codan Xtend is not fit for purpose on IOS until this is fixed. The consumer experience dealing with Codan has been disappointing and very different to when dealing with its Australian competitor who is customer-focused.
