Great app, Needs update!
The app is great to start, BUT, if you get Return of Spontaneous Circulation, the situation is, you have to end the code! You cannot manage a patient with severe Hypotension who you think might code soon! We just had a simulated patient scenario who we simulated to test the app! We had Ventricular Fibrillation for ten minutes, we got ROSC Stipped CPR, had good BP, 111/64, with great End Tidal! One minute later, the BP Tanked, so we started giving push dose Epinephrine, and started An Epinephrine Infusion! We could not document that with the app! After ten minutes of this, we had PEA and started the code again! We coded the patient again for five minutes with a pulse check revealing Sinus Tachy! We had a pulse for a few more minutes, and gave Push Dose Epinephrine again! A code was called again with Ventricular Fibrillation for ten! We ran the code again for 35 more minutes until We were in ASYSTOLE, and then we called the code. This app needs more work! I love it though!
