There seems no clear way to make it work, and is clearly far easier to use a perforation gauge. Very disappointing.

Kaputt auf iPhone 12, Zoom fehlt, katastrophales Change Management
Als die App noch „Code Scanner“ hieß, war es die beste App für ihren Zweck.
Irgendwann hörte sie auf dem iPhone 12 auf zu funktionieren. Sie erkennt bis heute keinen QR-Code mehr oder irgendeinen anderen Barcode. Selbst von einem Foto nicht. Ich habe sie sogar gelöscht und neu installiert. Kein Änderung.
Zum Glück hat die Kamera App ein eingebauten QR-Code Scanner. Dort kann man auch zoomen - anders als in dieser App. leider öffnet sie immer direkt den Browser und man hat keinen Verlauf seiner QR-Codes.
Dann fing irgendwann auch noch das Abo Modell an mit einer unterirdischen Kommunikation: das Icon ändert sich, der App Name ändert sich von „Code Scanner“ zu „Codey“ auf dem iPhone und „QR Code Barcode Reader Scanner“ im App Store, was dem angezeigten Namen auf dem iPhone widerspricht.
Ich verstehe die Strategie mit einer kostenlosen App eine gute Reputation zu erlangen und später Gebühren zu verlangen. Wie diese hier jedoch umgesetzt wurde, ist ein Beispiel dafür, wie man es nicht macht.

The girls in TEAM 9 r excellent. (Nina,Maria & Renie)
They arrive on time every time.
The work rarely needs to be checked because there is confidence they will always do their best.
They r courteous & careful when cleaning.
The girls will ask each time if something extra needs to be done.
The Team 9 is very efficient.
Our house “sparkles” when they finish.
We had a surprise in our bathrooms w/cute little bows on our toilet paper.
We would highly recommend THE MAIDS.

This has been working very well. I have a project that needs to generate bar codes in MS Excel. This scanner is a great help in testing the offerings. The ability to transfer a result via the Clipboard is quite useful.

Also ich war anfangs begeistert. Kleine App, ohne viel schnick schnack. Und nun verhältnismäßig mäßig teures Abo Modell. Oder auch teuere lifetime license.
„Also ich bin da jetzt raus“, so gut die App vom Aufbau war, aber da für gibt es viele Alternativen und dazu auch welche die schneller scannen können und undeutliche QR Codes lesen können, wo diese App verzweifelt.

I just got off the cueing I been told that I can keep the smart watch I now need to know what to do how to reset the watch

This app is the best for QR/Bar code scanning, I’ve ever used, and I have used and tested many.
Trivia Pursuit
I don’t know how I am supposed to answer the question when the choices aren’t set for me to select either a-d or e , it is fun and exciting as far as the speed of game because it makes you think fast!

Thanks for your review! I’m sorry to hear you had an issue using the app. It may be that the code you were trying to scan was unsupported at the time. I’ve just updated the app with support for over 20+ different types of barcode now so hopefully it should now scan correctly.
