This is fantastic!
Finally, a Java compiler that doesn’t run in the cloud! Take my $20, you totally deserve it. iSH doesn’t even have enough memory for the JVM.
Sehr gute IDE
Documentation is poor
I cannot figure out how to specify a command line argument. Searching the word “argument “ in the documentation yields nothing.
Code keeps deleting itself
I'm not sure if this is an actual issue with the app or something I'm doing, I don't know. Every time I tried using the free version of the app on my iPad, I suspended the app for a few minutes to mess with some other apps (without completely closing CodeBrew), and each time I came back to CodeBrew my entire code was deleted. The only thing that remained was the name of my Java Class and the default starter main code of "Hello World". I put 3 starts just cause I never really got to test this app out because of that issue, but yea, I don't understand why that is an issue.

Limited runs per month?
Why? I mean, it’s a good app, I guess, but this just turns me and probably a lot of people away.
The amount of runs you have if don’t do the pro thing
Stop this pro thing because it’s really a problem. Not even VSCode does this
Very convenient!
I’m learning Java and this app is useful for doing small coding projects or just playing around with Java code. I haven’t done anything “large scale” on it yet to test it’s limits, but it’s been able to run everything I put in it.
The format feature is super useful and I like the syntax error checking system. I also enjoy the fact that you don’t need Wi-Fi to code in the IDE.
The only problem I’ve had so far is the hints/autofill come and go and I haven’t been able to figure out why. It could just be me though.
Thank you for making an app like this!

Nicely done!
Great “little” editor and runtime, UI is easy to understand and use. I have not attempted anything complex, but I will certainly use it to flesh out ideas when away from my PC.

Mein erster Eindruck der App ist sehr gut für einfache Aufgaben.

Great so far
Great so far. Wishlist: Git, SSH, other language support so we have one amazing editor.
The Best Java IDE for iPad
This app is great for anyone new to Java, especially if you’re learning on an iPad. It’s very easy to use, which is perfect for beginners. One special thing about this app is that you can use it without the internet to make apps that have buttons and menus (graphical user interfaces or GUIs). This is something not all apps like this can do. It also has examples to help you understand how to do things.
Since this app is quite new, there are a few small problems, like sometimes it doesn’t show mistakes correctly. But overall, it does a good job. If there were more design options and a way to make your own shortcuts for tasks like fixing errors (debugging), it would be even better. Adding a feature to quickly switch between open tabs, maybe by showing them at the top, would make working on different parts of your project much easier and faster.

Befehle gehen nicht
Mehrere Befehle funktionieren nicht wie z.B. der String Befehl oder der wenn ich eine variable in einem System.out.println text hinzufügen möchte wird es als Fehler erkannt
