Really helpful app!

I really love the approach of asking for the correct approach, then the correct algorithm, and finally the time and space complexity. It is a good way for some people to grasp the concepts. Good job!

Bad form to require login

This app can and should be usable without requiring an account. I don’t really care about being scored I just want to browse and use flash card style.

Certainly doable

Does not let you sign into account.

I have a leetcode account. Can log into it but this app WILL NOT let me sign into my account so I can track my progress.

Amazing Way to Keep Sharp

This is a fantastic idea. Its like little digestible coding puzzles. Ill admit some of the wording in the approaches takes a bit to understand but all in all an amazing app. I never write reviews for apps but when I noticed the small amount of reviews, I just had to help out. Please keep adding questions. My new favorite app

Sorry

I recently wrote a really cynical review because I was getting frustrated but I honestly was to harsh. It’s a great idea and I’m very grateful its free. I think it can go with some double checking on the answers to the problems to make sure they are (reasonably) optimal or even syntacticly correct.

This app does more harm than good

I’ve been preparing for technical interviews for a while now on leet code and whatnot and when I found this app I though it was perfect for really drilling in different techniques for algorithms. But in reality this app more often then not either has really bad mistakes or just not optimal solutions for a problem, leading people to believe that they got the best answer when in reality they have not. The solutions make no sense half the time and it’s very sloppy code that has no regulation. I appreciate the fact that it’s free but it really is doing more harm than good.

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback. The quality of the answers and approaches could be much better. Please submit a question through the app, we’d happily review and publish higher quality questions. Additionally, we’re working on a flagging feature to leave feedback on a specific question to make them better. Generally, the point of the app is to go through quantity of questions with good, easy to understand solutions. Often times, having a solid solution with good other problem solving skills (communication, taking hints) is enough to pass the technical interview. Thanks again for your feedback and good luck! Though, the intention of the app is to get you though questions with good solutions. Some questions have optimal solutions that are impracti

Very Cool

Great concept, kudos to the developer. The app just needs ability to a login with Apple, ultimately I didn’t create an account and uninstalled because I didn’t want to sign up for yet another account.

Fantastic App

Better than I could’ve imaged from a free app. You need to make a login at the end of your first question.. which is (insert your opinion here).
But creating the account was worth it in my eyes.
I do hope more questions get added

Not enough questions

Great concept but it needs way more questions

Should add feature for ans reasoning

From what I’ve tried (not too much) ui is pretty simple and easy to use. Although my recommendation is offering feedback on wrong answers. Yes it says it’s wrong but there’s no reason why. This would be very helpful towards learning

Response from developer

Thanks for leaving feedback! Great point on not showing reasoning. How would you expect to see it? I’d love to interview you and show you some options to get your input on how this could be added. Please email codelet@codelet.app and we can chat more! Thanks, Mark

stuck and forced to make a login

I just want to use this locally — no login needed. I cannot continue without logging in. I am stuck at the first question I clicked on. If you are going to require me to login, please allow me to login with Apple. EDIT: Thanks for the response. Could the scores be saved locally instead?

Response from developer

Your feedback is received! Logging in with apple is on the roadmap. I could see it being frustrating having to login. You’re required to make an account to complete questions so that the score is saved on your profile. Reviews make a huge difference for small apps & developers like me.

some misinformation

it’s okay!

there are some problems where the most efficient answer is wrong, so I’m hesitant to assume in the ones I can’t answer that it’s always right.

it’s still good to give you a thought experiment though, looking at this problem how would I solve it.

also, explanations would be wonderful

Extremely Useful

very clear, great practice, challenging question… Great app

Useful tool for prepping for interviews

easy tool to go through a lot of questions in a weekend. good at learning optimal solutions for common questions patters.

needs some more questions though, please add more and let me know.
