The cool thing about an app like this is it allows hobby concept designers to dream before sending plans to certified Engineers and Architects…
So I honestly do not see the value in this App beyond a 1 time or low annual subscription fee.
I don’t know what world these guys live in, but I’m getting the impression that it’s a delusional entitled bubble with little understanding of real estate, and practical use of such a tool.
So paying the insane subscription or searching google for hundreds of professional concept examples for free, I say go free…

3D Problem
Since the last update When I open the application sometimes some 3d models do not show up and sometimes none do show up, only the 2d

Still buggy
Changes are not reflected on 3D model, chat support doesn’t work, and sun study turns the whole app dark and you can’t undo it.

The Sun Study is dark because it starts at sunrise, it then 'lightens up' as the day progresses (use the play button to activate). All changes are reflected in 3D so there must be an issue with your building. We do respond to all chat messages during business hours or you can email us direct on support@getcodesign.co - you can show screen shots and/or screen recordings to show any issues you are experiencing. We look forward to hearing from you and solving your issues.
