Add any company you're following and Codex IPO searches Finnhub's IPO calendar for the match. You choose from the results, so you always track the right company, not a false positive. Once added, the app monitors the IPO date and notifies you in advance — however many days ahead you prefer, at the hour that suits you. --- WHAT IT DOES --- - Search the Finnhub IPO calendar by company name or ticker - Pick the exact match from a list of candidates - Track status: filed, date confirmed, priced, or live - See the expected IPO date, price, and exchange at a glance - Get notified up to 30 days before an IPO, at a time you set - Use Claude AI as a fallback for companies not yet on Finnhub --- YOUR KEYS, YOUR DATA --- Codex IPO does not have its own backend. You connect your own Finnhub API key — available free on the Finnhub website — and the app queries Finnhub directly from your device. Nothing goes through our servers. Both the Finnhub key and the optional Anthropic key are stored in your iOS Keychain, encrypted and sandboxed to the app. --- MARKET COVERAGE --- - United States: covered by the Finnhub free tier - Hong Kong & Asia: requires a Finnhub Asia subscription - Europe: requires a Finnhub Premium subscription - Everything else: Claude AI searches the web and returns its best estimate --- NOTIFICATIONS --- Set how many days in advance you want to be alerted — anywhere from 3 to 30 days — and choose the notification hour. The app schedules local notifications automatically whenever it finds or updates an IPO date. --- PRIVACY --- Codex IPO collects no personal data. No account is required. Your tracked companies and settings stay on your device.
