GUIDED BREW TIMER A step-by-step pour-over timer with bloom, pours and drawdown. A live cumulative water target tells you exactly how much to pour and when. It runs as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can keep pouring without unlocking your iPhone. EXTRACTION COACH Rated a cup low? The dial-in coach reads your grind, ratio, temperature and time, tells you whether the brew was under-extracted, balanced or over-extracted, and tells you exactly what to change next time.
