App sucks!
While the atmosphere was okay, it felt like they were more interested in squeezing every last penny out of customers than providing a good experience. I tried using my reward points to redeem a free cafe through the app, but they charge an extra 'app service fee.’ Decided to order in person so that the ‘app service fee’ would not apply. However, I was hit with a different fee. Doesn’t make sense at all. Even the worker was confused.
To make matters worse, they advertise offers that don't actually work. I’ve tried to use a coupon I saw on their app in the past, but an error pops up upon trying to redeem it. This makes my experience with them overall frustrating.

Love this app! Super user-friendly, and it makes ordering my favorite items from Coffee for the Soul fast and simple. The rewards system is a great bonus, and the pickup experience is always smooth. Highly recommend for any CFS lover!
App is garbage
Doesn’t work at all, waste 10 minutes putting an order and payment info in and returns an error and cancels out. This operation is really half a**!
