Absolutely useless
This timer is useless. If your screen times out, the timer stops. Any results for DTR is unreliable. Don’t waste your money.
Simple and Useful
For those that don’t want to “nerd out” on your data and want a simple and useful tool, this is it. Roasting coffee isn’t difficult and you don’t really need all those gadgets other people use, simple tools like this can provide good information.
However I have a few suggestions. I don’t dark roast often but it would be helpful with a second crack button. It would also be helpful if you were able to enter the bean your roasting and roast date. Great app with a lot of potential.

Timer stop when phone goes in sleep mode
Timer stop when phone goes in sleep mode. Timer should run in the background just like iPhone timer. Poor implementation
Needs a lot of work
The timer currently doesn’t continue to run when the app is in the background. This is a deal breaker and makes the app unusable It has to run in the background so I can write notes about the roast in my notes app.
Great app!
This app is really awesome for a novice or a veteran coffee roaster. I think there is room for improvements in the future.
Nice app to control roasts
The app is really nice to have when hone roasting, I’m expecting the update to this app, it could be so much better, First thing, this app doesn’t work on the background, once you change app during a roasting the counter stops. So if using on a phone probably you will have a phone call to pickup or a message to answer. It would be nice to keep profiles record too. I’m getting very consistent results using this app.
