Super convenient
Very easy to use! Love this app and the coffee here
Morning greens
Love being able to order before I get there so I can just grab and go
Do wish it was easier to make and or add things like plant based protein to my greens

Poor features
Nice design but, man, does this app have problems.
A list:
1. On he breakfast burrito, you need to select an option “with avocado” - which adds $2 to it. It then pops up with another field for “add avocado” +$2. I didn’t select the second option (as it is clearly a UI issue) as it clearly doubled the price to add avo, plus it still says “with avocado” on the line item. No avocado came on my burrito for $2 extra.
2. You can’t put an option for milk (or type) on the drip coffee.
3. Nowhere to give feedback on orders if anything is wrong.
4. Small other things throughout not worth noting.
Then there are little things like not working with Apple Pay. And forcing you to give phone and email (looking at you, marketing team), etc.
Love the business and that they have an app but it’s not as good as ordering in person, even if it saves 5 minutes.

Customer Friendly
Easy to navigate, pictures are accurate and well pixelated. An all around customer friendly app. Very happy with it!
