Business is a SCAM!
Do not buy from this business. The owner will take your money with promises of free items, such as a Keurig or a tablet, and not send the free items. I won items like these in May 2024, with the purchase of items from her, and still have not received them. When I asked about these items, 4 times in a year and a half, I was accused of harassment and blocked from the Facebook group. I am not the only one this has happened to. The owner is very rude and if you don’t follow her specific rules/ policy’s, she will find a loop hole to not send your items to you. Beware spending ANY money with this business. Very smart scam artist!

Buyer beware
She will come on all sunshine and roses. Then she manipulates the situation. She promises goods some how can’t fulfill cancels order. Won’t refund money rather gives “app” credit. Which is not equal to what you originally purchased.

I used to really enjoy shopping with coffee with crystal. Since this past April my orders were unfulfilled and and I asked about them I got vague answers about their shipping policy. The shipping policy says 30 days. It’s been 4 months

Coffee with Crystal App comes highly recommended from me - an excellent experience all around! As someone relatively new here, I appreciate the warm atmosphere and how she highlights other small businesses. I can’t wait to shop more with her!
