Great Coffee, Great People(Specially Chloe) & Excellent Service
A special mention to Chloe, who always provides excellent service. She genuinely cares about customers, remembers preferences and makes you feel very comfortable and valued. She is very dedicated and hardworking. The other staff members are also lovely and contribute to the friendly, almost home-like atmosphere.
I’ve been a regular at Coffee#1 for around 8–9 months now and always enjoy coming here. The coffee is consistently tasty, the atmosphere is warm and positive, and the whole team is friendly and welcoming.
I hardly used to drink coffee before, but now I visit almost daily and enjoy trying different coffees and food items. I’d only love to see a few more fresh vegetarian food options.
Definitely a 5-star experience and my first choice whenever I want coffee.

Chloe and Emma are absolute queens - the very definition of outstanding customer service. With so many excellent coffee options along London Road, I still choose Coffee#1 every time without hesitation. They’re warm, conscientious and genuinely welcoming, consistently serving beautifully prepared drinks with a smile that brightens your day. I live near Hove Park, yet I’m always happy to travel right across Brighton because service this good is well worth the journey.

Glitch in the app…hi, this only happens at the Weymouth store.
I open the app to pay and collect the “stamps”, if I have not used the app within 5 seconds the screen brightness darkens to the lowest setting on the phone…it actually moves the slender in the control panel…it is an IPhone 15 Pro Max using the latest iOS
