CoffeeInAuto for Coffee Shops is the partner app of the CoffeeInAuto service. It is built for the people who make the coffee, not for the people who buy it: guests order in a separate app. ORDERS Paid orders appear in the feed immediately. For each one you see the items, the pickup format and how many minutes it has been waiting: black while you are on time, orange when it is time to start, red once the promised time has passed. If the guest is driving, you see how many minutes away they are and when they have arrived. The coffee does not go cold and the guest does not wait at the window. Pickup is confirmed by a code: scan it from the guest's app or type it in. THREE MENUS Menus for the car, for the dining room and for the bar are kept separately: you do not hand a ceramic cup through a car window, and a plated dessert does not go outside. A new item is added to whichever menu is open. Each item has a photo, volume, description, price and discount. An item can be taken off sale with one tap, without deleting it. STOCK AND PURCHASING Stock levels with a "running low" threshold. Requests to suppliers and an exchange where suppliers reply with a price. SHIFT AND PEOPLE Separate cabinets for the owner, manager, barista and waiter. Job openings, applications and chat with candidates. STATISTICS Revenue for the day, week and month, tips, best sellers and a daily chart. ON THE WATCH An Apple Watch app: orders and waiting time on your wrist. A barista stands at the machine with their back to the tablet, and the watch is the only screen always with them. HOW TO JOIN Registration is invitation-only: the platform issues the code.
