The coffee is good but I have too many issues with the app crashing on me when I want to order, what a bummer

Listen, most days I love this app and the fact I can get my coffee right to my desk but the app itself constantly glitches and doesn’t accurately reflect my reward points, or even let me finish an order, without clearing the app and restarting or deleting and redownloading all together.

Delivery ETA
It doesn't update and doesn't make it clear what's going on. It's been 20 minutes since my listed eta. I don't know what's going on. Would be cool if ETA was reflected and I had an idea what is going on. now I'm wondering if I'm out of 7 bucks and no coffee to show for it

This company is great. They alert my phone when they are on their way and deliver delicious drinks without the hassle of waiting in a drive thru.

The demand for burritos is there! I swear every time we go to order they’re sold out by 7:01 (ordering starts at 7:00). GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT, WHICH IS BURRITOS.
Other then that the coffees are wonderful. Expanding with sandwiches for lunch would be very successful too.

Not working!
Every time I tried to place an order it would say ‘something went wrong’ and won’t let me order! :(
5 stars just isn’t enough.
This app is brilliant on its own... add in the caffeine, sweet treats, quick delivery and I’m hooked. These guys rock!

I used to be pressed for time going to work in the morning waiting in the long coffee lines, but with Coffee Now I don’t have to worry about the lines. I drive straight to work and the coffee gets delivered to me for FREE.

It’s rare that I’m genuinely excited about an app. Or even technology for that matter. However, once in a while some brainiac comes up with an idea to combine service, technology, convenience, and deliver it right into my pocket device to make my life easier. CoffeeNow gives me back a few minutes of my day by letting me order drinks and have them delivered to my office door for roughly the same price as sitting in a drive-through. Good job coffee now! Beautiful app and a wonderful business. Cheers to you.
