app interface is very user friendly, took little to no time to learn how to use. Is a great tool in keeping me up to date and accountable with household tasks. The ability for it to be used for renters and landlords is also really beneficial! A good combination for all of the processes involved in renting out rooms/renting rooms for yourself!

Cohabi property management software was the solution in helping my dad migrate away from old-fashioned paper bookkeeping. With Cohabi I was able to securely link my dad's bank accounts, clearly see all the transactions, and easily categorize his income and expenses. This new app has tremendously helped me organize and communicate with my renters! I can offer my room for room rentals on the app, find and communicate with renters, and assign tasks via the app. This app has reduced the amount of time and effort I need to talk with my renters because now everything I need is in this app!
