About

Coilattice brings stator winding engineering into a connected digital workspace. Designed for motor repair workshops, generator maintenance teams, and rotating equipment specialists, Coilattice helps you document the relationships between slots, coil sides, phases, end turns, joints, leads, terminals, and electrical readings—from the initial reference layout to the final as-wound revision. Explore five dedicated engineering workbenches: • SLOT — Navigate an unfolded stator, define slot geometry, arrange layers, and document wedges, packing, and observations. • COIL — Build coil pairs, place coil sides, calculate slot pitch, organize groups, and explore phase winding patterns. • CROWN — Rotate an interactive end-winding model, inspect individual coil paths, explore spatial layers, and record sector observations. • LINK — Build connection relationships and trace paths in both directions between terminals, leads, joints, coil groups, and slots. • PROVE — Record resistance and insulation measurements with selected test points, instrument references, timestamps, and winding revisions. Keep your engineering records connected. Changing a coil placement updates the related pitch, phase pattern, end-turn visualization, and traceable winding relationships. Capture location-linked notes and photos, compare revisions, preserve historical configurations, and freeze an as-wound record for your engineering archive. Export slot maps, coil schedules, end-turn drawings, connection sheets, electrical records, and as-wound documentation as PDF files. CSV and JSON exports support further analysis and archiving. Records are stored locally for use in the workshop and in the field. Electrical readings remain documented measurements; final acceptance decisions follow your applicable procedures and equipment requirements. Coilattice — Stator Winding & Coil Placement Engineering.
