Really sorry about this - you hit a server outage on the 14th that caused scans to fail. It's fixed now and scanning is back to normal. This is a real app from a small team (definitely not a scam!) - please give it another try, and if anything's still off, email support@coin-ai.app and we'll make it right.

Price instead of agreed upon discount and it said I was at my
Limit at my first scan and wouldn’t give any info.

Sorry, Kelly - two things went wrong. The 'limit reached' on your first scan was a server outage that day, now fixed. On the charge and the discount: that's not the experience we want - please email support@coin-ai.app and we'll review the billing right away and sort it out for you.
