Simple and Free
I just wanted an app that would allow me to flip a virtual coin, nothing fancy, complicated or expensive. I downloaded three other apps before trying Coin Flipper Lite, but they weren’t what I was looking for. This is it! Great graphics, easy to operate, just perfect. Kudos to the developer!

Serves its purpose well
It’s nothing fancy, and it tells you the result before the coin stops flipping, but it’s completely ad-free, and it works exactly as intended. If you need to flip a coin, this app is great.

Perfectly Fine
Just downloaded the app as I didn’t have a coin but I did have my phone.
It’s perfectly fine.
The display of the US Quarter is large. The GUI works when you tap the coin or robustly shake your phone; a little shake (thankfully) doesn’t set it off. It even tells you ‘heads’ or ‘tails’ - not that one needs that.
Kudos on picking a quarter too - who wants to coin flip a penny?!?
My only critique: the coin chosen was a 2007 mint of a quarter when the US Mint was featuring the states. This one is Wyoming for some random reason. I’d have liked to have an option to pick the design - at least the 50 states and the generic tails used for years.
I’d have even paid $1 for that option.
Definitely worth the $0 you will spend on an app that works and looks good when you need to flip a coin to add a dose of fortune to the mix.

Ruined forever
Back when this app had no animations, it was legitimately something unique and special. Now that it’s been “fixed” it’s lost everything that set it apart from any other coin flipper app. Every time I see this app on my phone menu now, I am filled with crippling sadness. Please return this app to its former glory. It’s not too late.

This app doesn't create the anticipation of an actual coin flip. In the future I know to get up off my lazy butt and get a quarter.

no coin flip animation though it does have sound. does not capture the anticipation of a true coin flip. for as simple as this app is, one would think they could make something better.

There is no flip!
Something that one would expect from a coin flipper application, the image of a coin flipping. It is nothing but a mere image of the front and back of a coin with the words heads and tails.

Stupid
Buy the time it installed and loaded I could've gotten up ad gotten my self a quarter. Every time I shake my iPod or tap the screen it flips about 50 more times. Im giving it only 2 stars because it's well, stupid to control and secondly, it's not the best app I've downloaded.
