This app has not identified one coin I have so far. I’ve tried many times and all it says is an error occurred try again later. I reached out to the developer via email a week ago with no response back. Do not was your time and money on this app.

App does not work
The app does not accept any picture that I take. Each time I get a ‘Red X’ next to the pictures and ask the app to recognize the coin, it tells me there is an error and to try again later. It made me pay $54.00 for an annual subscription before it would let me try out the app. Now I have to fight with them to refund my money.

The app can’t even identify the year and I have to search for my coin anyway. Why on earth would I want to pay $10 a week on an app that doesn’t function properly.

Just started looking at coins.
Does not work!!
I tried several times on a 2 euro and it kept saying it was other currency!!!!! Don’t buy this!!!!!
Doesn’t Work
I downloaded and paid for this app thinking I could see what some of my old coins were worth. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work very well. It correctly identified a Canadian Loonie but gave a wide range for the value. The next seven coins I tried were Canadian loonies, toonies, and quarters, plus a 1973 Kennedy half-dollar, NONE of which the app identified nor gave a value for. I’ve cancelled the app but they don’t give your money back and I’m stuck with it for a year.

If you want to know what a penny is
Cool. It told me my penny is a penny. Gee whiz. It could not differentiate small date vs large date or even the year. I would not pay money for this app. Just canceled the free trial.
Wasted my time
It wouldn’t focus enough to get close to the coin for a good picture. Then it gives a crazy amount of years the coin can fall into which to me that’s not what the app should do. Don’t waste your time and money. There’s better out there bc I have an app that is so much better than this and only $39.99 a year.
