I put if on the coin very correctly but it says server problems and I did with a other coin it still says server problems why

It always says there are server problems. 06.03.2024 i tried, didn’t work, 06.04.2024 still didn’t work, and now, on 07.31.2024 it STILL dosen’t work.

This App is a Joke
This app is a joke and a waist of time. I downloaded it to see if it would actually get the correct coins that I have… it did NOT get ONE of the coins that I submitted correct. Do not trust this app it is a hoax!
