Scans coins incorrectly
2 out of 2 times I would scan a coin and I can see in the scan the date and mint clearly and it would still give me a wrong date or wrong mint.

Does not store actual coin photo
It works fairly well when using your phone to take a photo of the coin front and back. It’s not fully accurate though and the values it claims are suspect.
What bothers me the most is if you store you collection into the phone, it stores a stock photo of that coin and not your actual photo of your specific coin. I can scan a 1892 Morgan with my phone camera and it identifies the coin but then I add that to a collection and it’s a photo of some stock Morgan 1892 and not my specific coin. Makes no sense?

The app is not working, I paid the yearly subscription and it just says oops.

The first few months of using this app was just great- it does a pretty good job at recognizing and grading coins. But now every time I try adding a new coin, the app closes or freezes. It is the most frustrating thing because this is not a free app!!! I really don’t understand all of the amazing reviews….

Not Free! Doesn’t identify year that is clearly indicated on coin…doesn’t have consistent value reporting (range for year vs collection value)…app support doesn’t respond to emailed questions!

It does not read the coins correctly. It clearly has the date on the coins and it’s not reading any of the coins correctly. I don’t like it I uninstalled.

Could be amazing with report feature
I have the paid subscription and really like the ease of scanning and how accurate the current pricing seems to be. Unfortunately I need to cancel because there is no way to export to an itemized list or to excel. This is really a critical feature.

I used this app and asked for a refund from Apple and the company running this app, I was told I would not get my refund and the decision was final. I had it for less then 24 hours, I placed my coin in the appropriate position and each time it couldn’t identify the coin. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint because this is a scam!
