Never received my purchased items

I not a happy camper I purchased the snowdon gold pass my phone battery died just after the purchase. When I charged my phone and switched it back on the purchase had went through and the items were showing as collected but they were not. And then trying to find help and maybe someone to interact with and explain what had happened we’ll non existent

Fun to play!!!

I love this game. I used to play the original Coinmaster game that was the slot type game so I thought I'd give this one a try. I like it even more! It's fun, it has bright colors that captivate the players attention, interesting levels and the awesome characters (especially the ones on the cards) are amazing!!! If you have some spare time, check it out! Also, yes, there are in-app purchase options but I've never bought anything in the game. I play 100% for free!

They literally made me use all of my energy 100 K only in my sleep to then take away the challenge I was working on that was gonna give me another hundred K to work with so now I’m starting over with zero energy they basically baited me for a day straight, clicking all of my energy away, hoping to hit that goal only to take it away in my sleep
what was the point if there is no end goal, you’re literally just pressing a button what’s the point in that? clearly didn’t want me reaching my goal and waited for me to go off-line. There was no real time limit. It kept changing it’s like they intentionally decided they wanted me to waste all my energy so I’ll have to spend all day on this app again and I’m done.
