How do you retrieve the coin value

I played the game and it maxed out. There is nothing to tell you make a withdrawal or payout.
There is no buttons that lead you to anything it just compiles the cash equivalent to the coin value and keeps doing it. What is supposed to happen after or during the time you play the game and the spin levels maxed out, the speed maxed out and the coin value maxed out. What is next?
