Subscription Not Working / App Won’t Activate

I have an active monthly subscription, and the payment was successfully charged, but the app still doesn’t activate my premium access. It keeps showing the payment screen and won’t recognize my subscription. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Alerts didnt work

Alerts don't work. Emailed me to say it was during a "glitch". Cancelled subscription and deleted. Never got it working.

Great crypto app

I’ve been using this app for a while and it has proved very useful in notifying me when a good trade opportunity comes up. It has got a number of industry-grade technical signals that are hard to find at ease in other similar apps. Kudos to the makers!

Suprisingly Impressive

First of all, I wanted to write this review after trying for a while and I've been trying to apply it for about 1 month. As I wrote in the topic title, it works surprisingly well and accurated. One of the most important issues for me is that the charts are easy to understand and candlestick charts allow me to achieve exactly the results I want. As it is an application that I use every other day, I definitely recommend it to everyone related to the crypto exchange.

Hi, To cancel your subscription, please: Open the Settings app of your iPhone/iPad. Tap your name. Tap Subscriptions. Tap the subscription. Tap Cancel Subscription. Good alert app

Definitely let’s u know when something is moving. The signals are not always right e.g. break-up signals at tops. or may change quickly but as a movement tracker it does it’s job very well.
