Immediately after purchasing the app for LIFE I discovered the coin identifier doesn’t work without the upgrade. Worthless app without the identifier. I am currently looking for an app that does what it says it will!

This app is awesome. Very helpful, I’ve only been unable to in identify about 5 coins out of 50 so far. But, every other coin has been found and price value estimated in less than a minute. 😉

Identifying the coin is horrible !

So I heard this coin snap is great so I buy the app and get my coins all out and categorized ready to look them up start taking pictures of a good handful not a single coin came back right . Most of the times it pulled up some foreign coin I’ve never seen before . It’s not my camera cause I have no problem identifying them w Google Lens so this is not worth even lookin at at all. All wrong coins that were coin snap gave the info on. DO BETTER !

Rip-off!

This app is a rip off. After I paid the weekly fee to use it, the very first coin I loaded prompted a message that “this feature is only supported by a premium subscription” what did I pay for the first time then?!

Garbage App-just a money grab

The app is just a money grab. If you click on upgrade now there is nothing to upgrade to which is probably a good thing. You take a picture of your coin it doesn’t even bring up the proper coin. What it does bring up is a place to buy coins

Horrible waste of money

It does not correctly identify anything. I scannned a clean us nickel from 2020 and it told me it was one of several foreign coins. What’s worse it made me pay for a week’s subscription to use their service. Total waste! Do not use this scam. I only gave 1 star because I can not send 0 stars!

This app misleads you into purchasing it. Then when you try and use the app you’re immediately informed you need to upgrade to a premium user to use the app as it states in description of app features.

Garbage

Got this app because it advertised you could take a picture of your coin and the app would ID it. First you can only access any content of the app if you choose a subscription (with no free trial period) second in order to access the feature I got the app for you have to upgrade to premium. Now at this point I was frustrated but I figured hey, in for a penny in for a pound, so I click on upgrade and the app freezes. Long story short, waste of time, waste of money.

Not bad, missing a needed type

I have quite a few uncirculated US coins in protective sleeves, and the app doesn’t have any information on them. Other than that it does a decent job of giving you an idea of what you got in your collection.

I would gladly pay for an app that did this. I could not test it out on even one coin without purchasing. Chose not to mostly because of all the ads in my face.

Very inaccurate, giving completely random coins as similar wrong year and wrong coin, eg showing 5 cent coins when scanning a 50 cent., ‌

Bad decision, Make sure to read the REVIEWS

I downloaded the app, pay in order to use it and try a test with a Susan B Anthony Dollar coin and the app was unable to identify it. Then I tried with a 1972 Silver dollar and again, the app was unable to identify it. Maybe I should have read the reviews first.

I cancelled the subscription immediately and deleted the app. Hopefully, I will not be charged for just trying it.

Terrible app

The app sounds pretty cool but does not work well. It failed to identify simple coins. I tried to manually search for coins in the app after the camera method demonstrated its uselessness. Several 404 errors later on linked pages and I have realized I wasted $15 on the app. DO NOT BUY!

Have not yet figured it out as ads keeping popping up. Very distracting, will probably delete. Can’t figure out if there is a free version. Wants $4.99 a month. Sorry I clicked to load.

Crap

As simple as I can say. This app is terrible. And dosnt actually work. From navigating past the adds to get to the purpose of the app it just sits loading and dosnt ever tell me anything about the coin. So you can keep your little add hungry app. No thanks
