Lots of Issues
I’m very surprised this game has not been shut down. You win rewards but you don’t receive them (a particular game they switch out with different themes) you purchase items that you only receive half of what you purchased (again it’s the same item that they switch themes) but the game is fun so I’ve learned what to steer clear of. About 6 weeks ago I started purchasing vouchers thru their app, it’s easier to manage and you get extras. After the third purchase I received an error code “The payment was declined due to Risk Detection, please try another card” I tried 3 cards that are all in good standing that work elsewhere. I then tried a Visa gift card - They don’t take them!!!! The website states to contact customer service and they will fix your issue PROMPTLY (what a joke) - 3 weeks later (fyi my cards worked 1 day during the 3 weeks waiting period and then went back to Risk Detection) - I did receive a polite response telling me I had to contact Customer Service of the payment gateway for help as it’s on their side. This took 3 weeks to tell me? Mind you I’ve tried purchasing a $20 voucher and a $30 dollar voucher we are not talking big money. I did contact them beginning 9/11 - I’ve politely sent them at least 4 emails with times and screenshots - I have not heard back from them. Playing a game should not be this difficult. If this is not resolved by tomorrow I’m deleting the game. Yes it’s fun when it works properly CRAZY

Top bar rewards disappointing for past couple of months. Not good for rewards… Not enough for symbols! Not enough symbols! Compared to others ie master, crazy fox, spin a spell points. Make it pretty difficult considering!
