We’ve released an update (version 1.0.4) where the blank page issue was fixed. Coin identification results now appear correctly after tapping “Identify.” Regarding photo quality - our app displays your photos as-is without modification, so for best results, use well-lit images that aren’t blurry or cropped. Hello, dear EthanForns! We’re sorry for the confusion. You can always cancel your 3-day free trial anytime - no charges will occur if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If not canceled, the trial automatically renews into a paid subscription (mentioned in the Subscription Info section on the app’s Settings screen). Here’s how to cancel your trial and subscription: 1. Open the Settings app. → 2. Tap your name. → 3. Tap Subscriptions → 4. Tap the subscription. → 5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled. This info is also available in the app’s Q&A section on the Settings screen (Questions 5 and 6).
