Not happy at all
I downloaded the app could not create an account tried for at least three or four days and it’s two weeks later. I’m still trying. Customer service did not help at all. They responded once that they received my message and that’s all they said they can’t help me any further how can you not help me? It’s your app

App hasn’t been updated in 2 years. I just crashes.
Doesn’t work
App keeps crashing whenever you attempt to scan a slabbed coin. Looking at the reviews it’s obvious that coin world isn’t supporting the app as none of the past reported issues have been addressed.
Total Junk
Come on Coin World! This app is awful and a company as big as Coin World that promotes numismatics can do way better! There are no good coin collecting apps!

One of the worst sites I ever attempted to use! In all the years I have been associated with this great company they lack expertise in technology. Never have I been able to sign on due to getting there code that becomes sign on instead of email. Constantly being blocked. Always have to call in to place order, so sad, dread trying to place an order

Completely and utterly useless
This app is being advertised on instagram currently (12/2023) and has been advertised at trade shows for more than a year. It has almost zero functionality however.
While you can manually add a coin without a tag (this is far from straightforward), you need a tag to add any deeper data. The request a tag submission is broken and throws an error. There appears to be no way to obtain one otherwise. Unacceptable for something that is currently being marketed. There is literally no reason to use this at all.

Cannot register
Won’t accept my chosen password in order to register

Nothing works. You can not scan anything. If you manually enter numbers, you get nothing. Uninstalled and wrote this review.
Scan doesn’t work
If the barcode scan doesn’t work, this app is worthless. Just got it for my kid after being at the World Fair of Money in Chicago but it’s a total bust.

Can’t scan coins into inventory. Need “tags” to get values…what is that? Why not give value as you add coins? Waste of time at this point.

I’ve tried to use several different passwords, all of which meet what they say are the standards, yet it refuses to allow me to use them. Not worth my time!
So far it’s JUNK!
I literally can’t do anything with this app everything I try it just crashes there’s nothing more to say since I can’t do anything on this dumb thing!
