Abysmal Support
Don’t subscribe. It’s extremely difficult to cancel your subscription. Support will ignore your requests and when they finally do respond they will do everything they can to keep your money. They’ll even accuse you for the cancellation not going through when they are the ones making mistakes.
When you show them proof that they were the ones at fault, they’ll find another excuse as to why they still haven’t cancelled the subscription and why the blame is solely on you, the customer.

Constantly freezes
All you need to know given time sensitivity is a core requirement.
Good but needs improvement
CoinPanel is good for following chartists from places like Crypto Banter.
But some effort really needs to be put into fixing some of the usability issues and bugs. Eg- please stop requiring the need to sign in again every time the mobile or wireless network changes; opening the app often presents a black screen requiring a restart; numerous issues with either charts not updating automatically or losing connection to their data sources.

Unable to review the app
I already have an account on Coinpanel.com but I haven’t renewed my subscription.
I was really waiting for the app to be released with the hope it would worth renewing the subscription.
Unfortunately I can’t even review the app because I don’t have an active subscription and not planning to pay $29.99 just to review the app.
That’s the main reason for only 1 star.
Not very happy with their approach but that’s on their marketing team to decide what that is.
Hope you guys will be able to give them 5 stars if you think it’s worth it but I can’t at this time.
