บริการแย่มากติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ไม่ได้ แจ้งเรื่องไปหมดแล้วแทนที่จะติดต่อกลับ มันบอกให้เราติดต่อกลับไปเองภายหลัง ค่าคอมแพง ซื้อเหรียญปุ๊บขาดทุนทันที 1000 บาท ค่าโอนก็แพง โอนออกเสียเกือบ 300 บาท ต่อครั้ง ใครจะใช้ก็ใช้นะครับ
Inconvenient
Very bad system! Ive been trying to withdraw my crypto fund for over two years now as they disabled the option of loging in to your account without Philippines mobile number even though its registered to your foreign mobile number. When I finally got link to PH number after several years of frustrations and hustle, Its showing that my account withdrawal is disabled but deposit option is enabled. Dont use this app to save you from all the hustle and frustrations you will experience!!!

Low liquidity exchange
Coins has very low liquidity because of this the market fluctuates a lot, i sold some crypto at high price and bought at a lower price (both at market order not limit) because of the low liquidity I actually lost a lot of money than earn because my orders were opened at different price levels.
Eg. lets say i have 100k and i buy coins that cost 25php because of low liquidity there isn’t enough sellers to buy my coin at 25ph so the market bought my coins at different price levels such as 30php, 27php, or 24php. As a result iam at a huge loss.
Dear traders this crypto app exchange is not worth its 4+ star rating, Binance, Bybit, Kucoin or high liquidity exchanges is much better than this. I hope you learn something from my review.

Additional Feature or Functionality
Provide a feature or functionality where we can convert the small amount or non-tradeable value of tokens into PHP or PHPC. The crypto app has this functionality.
The feature where it shows the current profit margin however I think it should provide the original value of amount trade to know exactly if there was a profit. The current feature provides it however it’s the current price and not the original price when the token was bought. I think this is how it should be from where I’ve seen it from other trading applications or websites.
The OTP should be enough as 2FA for cash out and other payment or transfers

Total Spend Information
You should consider adding up information of how much the total spend on the cryto that is bought in the portfolio section and how many percentage is the gains just like in Maya to monitor if your crypto value has gone up.
It's hard to monitor how much the total spend in each crypto and we still need to make notes especially if buying more then 10 crypto.

Monitoring of Profit
•The app would be better if there is a way to know if your crypto balance already profited and how many percent per coin value just like on Maya. It is really hard to know specially when you are scalping on Coins Pro. There should also be an option on how many percent your individual crypto earned in 24hrs and all-time.
•Also the Crypto order history in Coins pro should be organize on the day the order was triggered not on the day it was created to avoid confusion when users are putting multiple orders and monitoring if their orders were triggered.

I just reported a suspicious activity, I’m not even sure if its just me being paranoid as my account in Binance was hacked so when the email I received indicated the device attempting to log in as iPhone 15. I reported it immediately as not my device. The agent promptly deactivated my account to prevent any hacking attempt and instructed me to wait for their investigation. Anyway I’ll try to reach them out again for reactivation of my account and update my review. Thanks Coinsph agent Liam for your service.

My Instapay cash out done 3 days ago still not received
I opened a ticket right after I made the transaction since it was debited from my coins ph account right away. It should have posted to my bank account immediately but 3 days later, it’s still not there. I waited since it was a long holiday weekend. Then I received a response through the coins ph app asking for screen shot of the transaction. Right after that I received an SMS from coins ph that the transaction is successful and my bank account received the money, but it’s still not there! This wallet used to be so good, now it’s starting to go really bad.

Update issue
Well i’ve been using coins ph for 7 years and this is the first problem i encounter keep asking me for update but it wont let me download the new update because it needed at least ios 13 or later i already un-install then install again the App. But still keep asking me to update over again. This is frustrating!!!

Scam
This is the worst scam I've ever run into. I deposited large amount of money in here knowing that I will be able to verify information with them to raise my cash in cash out limit. Turns out when you convert crypto to cash it will count on your limit. That is fine at first but the funny and scam part is that: I submitted documents after documents they were asking me and they're not approving it giving alibi's on one of my submitted document and then without explanation, asking for another and then disapproving without explanation then asking for another. It is so frustration that my crypto price has already dropped and they don't care. This is the WORST SERVICE I ever had. Full of idiot evaluator for verification.

I was able to make an account easily and navigation through the app is pretty easy. Everything is straight forward and there’s a lot of features you can try. Pretty handy since you can pay straight to some shops and pay your bills
