Sells blocked products and refuses refunds!
I am writing this to warn others about Coinsbee's complete lack of customer support when their products fail.
I purchased a Mastercard Reward Card. The order shows as "Successful" on their end, but the redemption link they delivered has been completely locked from day one.
Every time I try to access it, I am blocked by the error: "The reward you are attempting to redeem is currently under review. Please try again later."
Instead of providing human support or investigating why their system generated a flagged token, Coinsbee support refused to help, ignored my explanations, and just sent automated replies blaming me for using a vpn and told me to deal with a non-responsive third-party vendor.
They will happily take your money, but if the product they deliver is broken, you are on your own.
Zero accountability. Avoid Coinsbee.
