I had trouble transferring USDT due to insufficient ETH. The customer service team explained that it was because my wallet address didn’t have any ETH. I initially thought the fee was charged by CoinsDo Wallet, but I later realized it’s actually required by the blockchain to process the transaction. Helpful and patient customer service—really appreciate it!

Solid wallet overall, but I couldn’t find support for a couple of smaller tokens I use.
