Fun learning

I have several foreign coins and I’m learning more about them from the CoinSnap coin identifier. Great experience!

Coin Snap App

Im am very disappointed with this app because it gives coins different prices. I spent hours with this app only to find that the coins value go down in price after reviewing cost of coins s second time.

Disappointed customer

User-friendly

This is honestly an an amazing app as well as people helping out with it. The customer support for any questions spot on quick response and valuable insight. I love this app.

Only limited response from CoinSnap when asking for higher review of a coin submitted. Disappointing

I am writing to express my disappointment with both the accuracy of your app and the lack of meaningful customer support I have received. I have submitted multiple requests regarding a Chinese gold coin that was incorrectly identified by the app. Despite taking the time to report these errors, I have not received an adequate response or seen any effort to correct my collection. As a result, the collection in my account no longer reflects the coins I actually own, making the app unreliable for inventory and record-keeping. The value of a coin identification app depends on accurate identifications and responsive customer support. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Repeatedly reporting the same issues without resolution has been frustrating and has caused me to lose confidence in your service. Because of this experience, I am canceling my subscription and request that my account and any inaccurate collection data associated with it be closed or deleted.

Update/wrong identification

App does not recognize newer coins properly. App is a helpful informational tool only. Does not grade coins accurately. Apparently the app has not been updated.

Not accurate

Downloaded this for the seven day free trial. I only scanned US coins. A 1996 US Penny came up as a Canadian five cent beaver Nickel. A 1976 US bicentennial quarter also came up as a Canadian five cent beaver Nickel. Coins were clean and pictures were clear. This app is inaccurate and a waste of money.

This App Is Awesome Works Great 😎

Stay away from this app

The subscription automatically added 7 days after downloading, whether you deleted it off your phone or not. Tried it didn’t find it all that different than the other ones definitely not price. Removed it from my phone still got charged.

Then of actually canceling a subscription. No warning, they just send a bill. I’ll let you decide.

I'm surprised about this app.
You should get along with rock snap or something like that

Great app and great support!

I have moved my entire collection to this app for its ease of use and great support.

Need Another Option

There is no way to differentiate between a clad coin and a .999 silver coin. Many coins were minted in both materials. Among them are the 56 Statehood coins that I accumulated one at a time. CoinSnap is a good program for keeping an inventory. The grade and pricing is fair, even though the grade can be altered. What it really needs is a simple switch to select clad versus pure material, But there should be a means to select the material where a coin is minted from different metals.

Sucks

Sucks

Total value problem

The total value does not reflect current market conditions. It only shows the price of when it was scanned.

Pricing

Your prices are not what the app is trying to sell. They’re not right on. They’re not close. It’s a guess that needs to be dressed.

Fake ai checker

The ai checked the coin and said it was 1$ coin I went to a real precessional who said 458$

Sell

It would be great if I could sell my coins on this app
