Helps our workflows
Easy to use tool that simplifies and standardizes our work flows and processes. A lot cheaper than other similar apps in the market. I personally love the feature where I can mandate a photo submission as part of a checklist.
Seems like a great product but poor C. Service
first; you can’t customize the lists that come on the free package, every restaurant or business have different opening procedures, so why put a template that it can’t be adjusted, maybe a bait and switch?
That’s ok expect you can’t signup on the website and requires you to request a demo. I’m ready to try the paying package but there is no simple way to signup and they do respond to my emails but onceI requested pricing and signing up info I was told someone on their team would contact me. A week later and I haven’t heard anything back. DONT waste your time and try looking for another app. Save your self time and stress and don’t download the app.

Password issues right away
It stinks that I can’t even log on . I just downloaded the app , never seen it before , I begin to put in a password, and it says it doesn’t recognize it . So this app is axaring me more , the very opposite of the reason I downloaded it . Thanks for nothing
Improved patient workflow
Finally we can have rapid feedback on performance in the urgent care, Get feedback from patients and analyze it, make changes and act on it on a weekly basis. Has positively improved our workflow! Highly recommend it no more paper it’s the Way to go!

Constant installing and uninstalling. Sync and not syncing. Just terrible and frustrating
No more paper
Seems so wasteful in this day and age to still be using pen and paper on a daily basis. This is another step in the right direction.
Crap
Clunky and non responsive. We have to use this terrible product for work. Can not recommend.
Need account or won't work?
I didn't see that in the description anywhere. Doesn't show in-app purchases or account needed but when I went to the website it says $25, $50,... so maybe they just need to edit the description so people know what it is.
