User reviews

Very awesome tool

I scanned lots of coins that I had and found that many of them were very valuable

Response from developer

Thank you, I really appreciate the feedback. I'm working hard to make CoinsWorth even better! You made my day!

App stopped working!

The apps works except for returning grade. Spinning forever. I bought the year subscription. Darn. Help!

Response from developer

Hi uhgolfer, thanks for the review and for purchasing the yearly subscription! I am so sorry about the 'spinning' issue—we experienced a brief server outage right when you were trying to use the app. The problem is now fully resolved. Please try the app again; your grades should return instantly now. If you have any other trouble, please reach out to us directly at support@coinsworth.com so we can make sure your subscription works perfectly.

I just took my coins to one of the most reputable exchanges in state. He said your app is garbage.

The $1,084 I thought my coins were worth is not true. They are all face value and the Gold coin that the app said was Gold is bronze.

Response from developer

Hello, thank you for sharing this feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the disappointment. It hurts to hear that the results were so far off, especially regarding the metal identification (Bronze vs. Gold). We strive for high accuracy, but mistakes can happen based on photo quality or unique coin wear. I would love to see the image that caused this error so I can fix the logic on our backend and prevent this from happening to others. If you're willing, please contact us at support@coinsworth.com. Again, I'm sorry the app let you down this time.

Nice coin app

Would be nice if photos taken were also downloaded to photos app on my iPhone. Also, the grades given are great tool for adding nicest coins to a collectors coin folder.

Response from developer

Hi uhgolfer, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your positive feedback on the grading tool. We appreciate you calling our app "nice"! We understand your suggestion about automatically downloading the photos you take within the app to your iPhone's Photos app. That's a great idea, and we'll definitely consider this feature for a future update to improve the user experience. Thanks again for your feedback. It helps us make the app even better for collectors like you. Sincerely, The CoinsWorth Team

Not one coin right

Got the type right but not one date or mint

Response from developer

Hi Beerhunter31, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that you found the date and mint information to be incorrect. We understand your frustration when the details aren't accurate, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our goal is to provide precise information, and it's disappointing to learn we fell short in your experience. Could you please provide us with more specific examples of the coins you looked up where the date and mint were incorrect? This will help us investigate the issue thoroughly and improve the accuracy of our data. You can reach us directly at app@coinsworth.com or through the "Contact Us" section in the app. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to regain your trust. Sincerely, The CoinsWorth Team
