I AM THIRSTY. Why on earth do I have to verify my email to get a drink? Are you high? This is the worst thing ever made. The reason you have to force an app onto people at a vending machine, is because no one would want to given the choice to not. Please stop.

I usually do not leave reviews but this app is awful. They a phishing go data, and the first drink is not free! You will be charged!
No Redemption
I bought 10 drinks to get a free drink but it still charged me and removed my reward. When I called customer service, no one picked up the phone. This is a complete scam!

Desperate for a coffee and this was the only option. Spent 10 minutes trying to sign up and then it didn’t even work. I can’t even delete my credit card information.

Why do I need an app
A useless app that made my experience 5x as long as it should have been to purchase a drink. I know this is just about selling information. All I want is a drink. This is a fail, please fire whoever thought this was a good idea.
Absolute garbage
Worst app ever. Sends you on an endless loop trying to register your account. The programmers should be fired and coke should get their money back from the developers.
Terrible invention
I fiddled with this machine for a solid 10 mins before giving up and going somewhere.
Find another drink vendor
After spending valuable time, downloading the app and providing what is probably too much personal information, the door to the machine wouldn’t even open. I don’t trust this app.

Horrible App
Was charged $10.85 when I downloaded the app. No warning. Thought maybe it was filling an account to use to buy drinks. Nope. When I bought the drinks, it charged me separately for those. The instructions are extremely unclear and the process is counterintuitive. Whoever came up with this idea should be repositioned into an area that fits their strengths because this is not it. This is my first ever App Store review, but I felt strongly enough about how bad this experience was that I needed to share.

Broken app and broken machines
Tried to redeem my first free drink TWICE, and it still tried to charge me the full price for both. One went through but the other one I blocked the charge because it should have given me my free drink the first time and still charged me. Did the dumb survey for 2 rewards points but nothing changed. Pathetic excuse for a vending machine and I won’t be surprised when people start robbing them so easily.

Promises a free drink for downloading app, then forces you to pay $6 for “free” drink
First beverage free but pay first?
Big bold advertising on the cooler says “download the app and first beverage is free”. After downloading the app the only way to get a “free” $4 beverage is to charge $6 on your credit card or Apple Pay first. What’s the pint of the app?

No one wants to download an app to buy a coke. No wonder the cooler was so full, no one’s buying anything. I bet everything in there is expired. You didn’t even let me sign in. You literally said you didn’t want my money. Weird business model
