What happened!
Available items are reducing and delivery times are getting very long…..seems Cold Storage has given up on home deliveries

Downloaded the app for the first time and was going to submit Home For Christmas pre-order items but after 3 time consuming attempts at failing to receive the discount coupons (a totally baffling and inexplicable process) and not retrieving any coupon codes at all, totally annoyed and decided to ditch this app and buy from elsewhere.

It’s my first CS online order & I found that the product info & picture of most of the item are too limited for me to feel confident in buying
Error 605
Why is there a Chinese notification when I tried to access the app via ShopBack? hmm… I have always been using Eng on my mobile. 哎呀，服务器太累了，休息休息一下(605).
Terrible design
The new apps is a nightmare for me now ordering my weekly online Cold Storage groceries. It keeps on giving me Chinese message that I have to switch to another shop but does not offer me way to select my store. I only have CS recommend. I am no longer able to choose Cold Storage shop.
I am so frustrated that I have stopped using the apps for my weekly shopping and switched to another platform.
It is so silly to use cheaper software solutions without proper understanding of shoppers preferences and habits.
