Amazing

Do I even need to explain.

Cashgrab?

"Try this app!" "Do this!" I expected more from the app. Cool minimal style I admit- But it's so basic. Check in for two minutes, weather, great I guess. Every interesting or good feature is locked behind a paywall. A LOW priced paywall obviously but it's a time scam just to find out you get barely any features, and some people can't just start a subscription. At least the widgets should have been included. What a waste of

Thanks a lot for this review. Words like yours are why we do what we do. Cheers!

subscription

great app, but you have to pay monthly to have widgets, or anything that makes the app worth it, overall it is a cool and one of a kind app

Great App - Simple and Clean!

Exactly what I wanted for a quick glance at weather from a widget. Developer even has a section to request new features which is awesome!

Response from developer

Thanks!

Off centre display

The app is great even though they locked the widgets behind a paywall, but the display is off centre for me on my iPhone 12 and I don’t know why

Widgets Meed Fixed

Love the minimalism. But the intermittent error getting details on the Home Screen widget make the app useless.

Response from developer

I am sorry for this issue. A version that fixes this issue is already available in the AppStore. Please check it out!

App doesn’t even work..

I’m a monthly subscriber and while the widgets work, opening the app to check weather updates results in this error “The operation couldn't be completed.
(WeatherDaemon.WDSJWTAuthenticatorSer-
viceListener.Errors error 2.)”

Tried hard resting phone, deleting and reinstalling app, changing app permissions, nothing works. Just going to cancel my subscription and find something that works instead.

Sorry… it should be fixed now!

Not working

The operation couldn’t be completed. (WeatherDaemon.WDSJWTAuthenticatorServiceListener.Errors error 2.) iPhone 12, iOS 26.2. The app doesn’t work — it fails with an error.

Response from developer

Hello! Thanks for reporting this, unfortunately since Friday evening it looks like something got broken from Apple’s WeatherKit service. We are trying to resolve the situation with them and you can follow here https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/772933 I am sorry that this is affecting you. PS: widgets are working fine

So much to fix

For one, the weather won’t load, along with that the subscription for tomorrow’s weather is just plain bad. I understand that apple weather has fees, but there are many other free ways to get the weather that this app is not worth it anymore for me.

block screen

i really like this app, but the widget on the block screen don’t have the “-“ before temperature (i see the 6*C, not -6*C). also the ipad supporting would be cool

Not Happy

EDIT 11/10/2025: I understand there are costs tipping may not have been able to cover. But for people who tipped, me included, forcing a subscription to get new features and not giving the option to buy lifetime is not fair.

Changes are necessary when something isn't working. I get that. However, there are good and bad ways to make a change, and this isn't a good one.

Cute and effective. Simple as that.

It is free, but if you find it useful, please consider sending the developers a tip.

Cute but what the heck

Cute app, but needing to pay for a widget?! Seriously? I get it, it’s a small project made by a small team of creators, but needing to pay for a widget is kinda insane. Not to mention it’s not a one time purchase, it’s a subscription!

Terrible

One of the worst app I have ever used. Weather is always wrong.

So calm!!

I love how calm it is and how it just tells us a short sentence!

Homescreen widget NOW requires subscription.

Rather than adding value to their app, the developer decided to paywall something that was already available. Last thing I want is another subscription, especially for something that just measures the temperature different between days. I wouldn’t mind paying a one time fee, It’s a solidly designed app with lovely graphics. However, as it stands, I’m uninstalling and going back to the Apple weather app.

Thanks for the feedback — I understand the frustration when something changes, especially a feature you’ve been using. I want to be transparent about the reason behind the subscription: the app isn’t free for us to operate. We pay for services like Apple WeatherKit, infrastructure, and—most importantly—the ongoing development time that keeps the app maintained and improving. A small subscription (literally $1/month) is what allows us to cover those costs and continue building new features instead of letting the app stagnate. Thanks for sticking with me — and if not, at least we shared some good weather together. 🌦️

Great app, but…

You do have to pay a subscription for the widgets, notifications, and all that. Good app, but the subscription ruins it

Instant delete

Been enjoying the app for months now with the widget on my home screen. As soon as I saw that a paywall had been added to something as basic as a home screen widget I instantly deleted. Why add a paywall to an existing feature that has been free?

Ruined it by paywalling the widget.

5 stars until 11/11/25 when they put the widget behind a paywall. 👎
I was using the Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, but now I’m uninstalling.

Widget now behind paywall

Sigh …
