“NEVER OPT FOR A COLIVE PROPERTY”
Even if you reach their office.
They won’t solve the issue.
They provide irrelevant bills.
They won’t pay you back.
They will try to blame you.
They say raise a ticket, and then won’t do anything
Worst decision to move in here. They show less price on their sites but what you receive at the end of the month completely amazes you.
They just find different methods to take money from you. And then nobody listens or can even justify the logistics behind those bills.

Green Earth Atrium Colive
Facilities and maintenance are marvellous. They have many rules, though sometimes they neglect customers and provide wrong information. And if you got the right property manager who responds in time, then you are lucky. If you are looking for a house for rent in Bangalore without taking any risk, choose “COLIVE”.

Colive is a Fraud company they won’t return your deposit once you book a house they won’t even talk to you.
worst management. Adding extra amount in monthly bill
Worst management I have seen so far. You keep on raising tickets, calling staff. But no one cares. Imagine you are getting electricity bill of 1500+ without even staying in the apartment.

Nice property.....😍😍😍😍
Decent place to Stay
I moved in to Colive Cleveland in Dec2019. The move-in was very easy and simple. The apartment was furnished and comes with a full gas cylinder and stove kit. The property manager was very accommodating and helped resolve internet and DTH issues. The cleaning service is okay, need to ask if you want something in particular to be cleaned. Good security measures (cameras, biometric entry). The use of washing machine can become annoying since there is a limited number of machines and most of the folks need to use the machine at the same time. Good mix of people which allows you to enjoy festivals and events while away from home. Overall, a decent place to stay.
