One of my favorite platforms!
Collabor8 has definitely exceeded my expectations! I love the variety of brands that are offered, as you’ll not only find opportunities with well known brands, but businesses just starting out too that really just need help branching out and getting their names out there! Collabor8 provides a more personal experience too, giving you the opportunity to communicate directly with the brands you work with, and giving you more leeway when it comes to terms of payment. Collabor8 is definitely one of my most used platforms, and it’s connected me with some pretty incredible businesses! 10/10 recommend!

You have to pay for everything-
I could see paying for everything if it was a great app, it’s not a good enough application or service to charge for every small thing. To charge to see a message is absolutely insane. If you are a seasoned influencer or collaborator, there are better options I’ve personally dealt with. If they change charging for every single thing then maybe I’d update my review and recommend this app. You can’t even add your verified social accounts. The app is old and outdated with glitches.

So annoying
Hate that this has become something you have to pay for- especially because it’s not worth it. You used to be able to use the app for free but had limited abilities, now you cannot even connect with people without having to pay.
New to app
There are a lot of bugs that need to be resolved. I can’t add any of my verified social accounts. Everything else is fine for the moment .
If you don’t pay, you won’t get Collabs

Once I set my account up I had some collabs coming in and it wouldn’t allow me to even see them. Keep saying I had to pay to unlock the features to see the collabs? Be fr! I don’t want a app I have to pay to see messages from brands then it keep sending me emails of how I had collabs and should pay to unlock the features

Very bad platform
This platform wants to compete with other Influencing platforms but does not have the features for it!! The app lags all the time and if a brand accepts your request to collab, the platform forces influencers to pay to proceed with the chat :( Very Disappointing...

Ok for new creators
The biggest issue I have with this platform is that the cost is passed to the creators rather than the brands. I manage a fairly large creator and every brand we have interacted with has been trade only. In my opinion, it’s not worth it for the creator to have to pay a subscription (I don’t know of any other platform that charges creators) and to only get trade for product deals even when you have a community of over 1.5m and high engagement. The platform itself has a good layout and system. It could definitely be a great platform, but it’s not quite there yet.

Waste of time
Do not pay for the subscription. I am paying for a membership so I can connect with more brands but I have yet to get a collaboration. I have sent dozens of requests. When I try to message directly I am not seeing a way to get it started unless they start it. I have 1 that wanted a trade only. But otherwise no partner oops. When you find a brand you like you click request but are unable to message them. They go to sent mailbox as requested. I tried messaging a few that I requested on IG with no response. My rates are very low. Just enough to feel like it is worth my time and effort to stage and take the photos. I reached out to the team through the app with no response. Seems silly for a quality influencer to pay to maybe get selected to post about a free product. Oh and you have to buy it and they reimburse you.

I had received a hair brush dryer from Lilly England and i loved 🥰,I used and my hair stay straight up 48 hours,the hair brush don’t dameged my hair,also the staff is so friendly 🥰
Good only for 1 Collab
So the registration process is easy. But you can only do one collaboration and then they ask you to pay 4.99 a month which is not that bad. But I heard people after paying don’t get any collaborations. I just deleted after 1 one lol.
Brands not replying
I have just signed up about 5 days ago. I have signed up for the monthly premium. There are lots of brands that I have requested. I know you say that roughly 24 hours. However in almost a week , I have heard from no one. Is this normal practice on the Brands side? I don’t think it takes much ti acknowledge at least, if they are busy. I am starting to loose a little faith in the process. I was so excited to start with! I have sent o e if them various messages to keep the chat going, but radio silent. Please can you advise me honestly if I’m wasting my time or not? Thanks again.

Worth the Install!!!
I absolutely love this app!!! One of my favorite collaborations app. I’m going through a financial situation and was searching for more ways to do what I love doing which is content creator, social media influencer. Walk by faith, not by sight. I requested several brands and some requested me and next thing I know I’m really on the app making progress. So best thing I can say for anyone else, is download this app and let it change your life also!!
