Need to keep rebooting
It randomly doesn’t notify for new sales and even when it does, you go through and nothing shows. I have to reboot the app. Also the links that the system creates to share specific products, is rejected by YouTube Ads because it has redirects.

Data is always different than web
Super annoying to use when the feature set and data is not the same between the mobile app and the web app. Seems like Shopify’s step-child project.
Not happy with this app
I cannot find any details, it’s hard to use. I have no idea where my earnings are coming from or what my conversion rates are. I can’t find the data I used when looking online.

I’ve really liked using this app for one of the companies I have an affiliate marketing partnership with. Keeps me up to date with every sale that’s made.

Buggy with no support
The app is really buggy. Most links on the app take you to the website. But on the website, it says it’s better to use the app. But you can’t use the app because it sends you back to the website? My commission seemed wrong and I tried to contact support. Went round in circles loads, kept sending generic contradictory answers that didn’t make sense . They clearly can’t support content creators they can only offer support to shop owners, so as a creator you are really at risk of putting in the work for a collab and not getting anything for it.

The worst app
I’ve been trying for 3 days to collect my earnings with collabs with a shop. This app keeps popping up with a “technical error” and to “refresh app”, when I try to get help on the app, I have to speak with a support advisor and I have to “download a free trial”???? Excuse me??? No wonder this app has terrible reviews, I won’t be able to be paid out my earnings because of this app!!

Desktop said to download the app for more analytics however the app doesn’t show anything. Really need to fix this because what the point.

Stay away if you’re a creator! Right after I downloaded this app, all of my partnerships kept getting paused!!! They have no answers as to why. Be careful. It will make brands stop working with you and pause all your partnerships! There must be some sort of breach of data! Do not download!
