As a content creator on this platform for the last few years, I can tell recently there’s been an uptick in clients and business. Seems like this platform is on the way up! Very reasonable fees as well, 15% fee versus almost 30% I used to pay on fiverr

I’ve made an account 4 months ago with notifications on so that way I won’t pass up any opportunities my page has been literally no campaigns not even one show up I contact customer service yesterday and they replied they were unable to approve my application at this time and didn’t have a reason why but they want me to continue to grow and engage to content and I’m welcome to reapply 🤣🤣if your a beginner reading this “joinbrands” is your go to app and they won’t waste your time thank me later

Rarely new opportunities
Unfortunately, I do think that a lot of the reviews are fake been on this app for a year haven’t got one opportunity. I have well over 500,000 followers. I’ve worked with hundreds of Amazon and TikTok UGC shops and companies and not a single thing I’ve gotten better luck from posting on Instagram that I have on this app I would not recommend honestly the fact that this app has five stars is everything you need to know

The fact that they force you to put a card on file after you filled out all your information and upload your videos and give them personal information is a scam. This should be done at the very beginning. Please delete my account. I do not consent the use or sale of my information or consent.

The worst app ever
I completed and submitted my video through the app using the submission button, and the order was clearly marked as completed. I even received an email confirmation stating it was completed.
Days later, the app suddenly changed the status, unassigned my completed video, and now claims it was submitted “incorrectly.” If the submission button is not meant to submit final deliverables, then it should not exist or should be clearly explained.
The video was fully completed, uploaded, and approved by the system at first yet I still have not received my payment. Support has been extremely frustrating and inconsistent, placing the blame on the creator despite following the exact steps provided in the app. This platform wastes creators’ time and effort, offers poor communication, and fails to protect completed work. I would not recommend this app to any creator expecting professionalism or reliable payouts.
