I love the game, it’s great. Every time I use my stars to add to the room I have to close out the game and sign back in. The game freezes every time and you can’t do anything. Please help…

Hello I’m loving this game it’s one of my favorites but I’m having a big issue in the game every time I go to use my stars or coins to do a task the game will freeze… it’s been like this for a few weeks now can you guys please fix this issue thank you!
