Getting on app

Impossible to get on app

Either a Scam or Terrible Businesspeople

The app has been radio silent for most of 2024. Can’t make trades, can’t withdraw funds, and email support just responds with vague promises of returning functionality.

Stay far away.

Refusal to Withdraw Money!

Zero customer service support while their app does not allow me to withdraw money from my account. Do not invest your money into this app as they will hold it hostage from you!

Thieves

This app scammed all of those who invested in the collectibles. DO NOT trust this company.

Fake cards?

Absolute scummy app I put money in and sold stuff now I can’t withdraw anything really? I just get a message that says withdraw failed, why I bank with A+ rated banks money should flow fine everything is set up and verified I used the PSA app to check some of these cards there not showing up in the data base and yes, there’s a difference between autograph cards and regular credit cards in numbers but neither shows up like they don’t exist It’s like they’re trying to offload low volume trading sell it to you. Run away with the money what’s even better sell you something to fake that doesn’t even exist I’ve sent emails many times no reply you can hide behind fake 5 star reviews generated by some Chinese kid but the truth will always come out

FAQ

What is Collectable?

Collectable is a platform that allows users to invest in fractional equity shares of rare, culturally, and historically significant collectible assets. It provides a secure and SEC-regulated way to buy, sell, and manage investments in items like sports memorabilia.

How do I invest in collectibles?

You can invest by discovering iconic assets available on the platform and purchasing affordable share prices. The app facilitates trading from any device during U.S. Stock Market hours, with assets vetted by experts for significance, scarcity, authenticity, and value.

Is Collectable free to use?

The app itself is free to download and use, offering features like portfolio management and price tracking. Monetization likely comes from transaction fees or the sale of shares, as indicated by the 'free with in-app purchases' model.

What kind of collectibles can I invest in?

The platform focuses on blue-chip collectibles that are rare, culturally, and historically significant. While sports memorabilia is a key category, the app aims to cover a broad range of iconic assets.

What are the risks of investing in collectibles?

Investments in alternative assets are illiquid, and there is a possibility of losing invested capital. Users are advised to review the risk factors provided on the Collectable website for a comprehensive understanding.
