Wonderful studio
The instructors are fantastic for advanced participants as well as beginners (like me!) and they care about helping you improve individually. All questions I’ve asked have been thoroughly answered. The space is clean and there’s many classes to choose from to fit your schedule.

Shout out to Sophia! This was my first megaformer class and I loved it! She was very thorough in explaining the exercises and was a joy to be in class.
