HOW IT WORKS • Import a syllabus, course PDF, Google Doc, or .ics calendar file — including from Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud Drive, or other cloud storage apps enabled under Files • AI extracts deadlines, exams, and assignments — and flags each item's grade weight so you know what actually matters • CEF builds a study plan around your real schedule, respecting the study hours, breaks, and limits you set • Everything syncs to your Google Calendar automatically, two-way — edit an event on either side and it stays in sync BUILT FOR EXECUTIVE FUNCTION CHALLENGES If "just use a planner" advice never sticks because keeping the planner updated becomes its own project, CEF does the organizing for you: it reads the syllabus so you don't have to transcribe it, breaks big deliverables into smaller steps on request, and shows a running "Semester Health" view of what's due soon. YOUR DATA, YOUR KEY CEF is BYOK (bring your own key) for AI: you connect your own free Google Gemini API key, so your documents are processed under your own Google account, not a shared company account.
