My college is not Listed.
And it’s not just my college both colleges near me are also not listed, the one college that’s was listed was looking from someone who could pay rent I thought would only be found in large and popular cities. Nothing a college student could afford. Terrible app for anyone in New Jersey. If you are from NJ don’t bother either they won’t have your school or they won’t have apartments that are realistic for your needs. Just stay at campus, literally it’s cheaper then the only listing I saw that was anywhere near my school.

Inaccurate information
I have been using this app for a few days and unfortunately it has a lot of inaccurate information relating to availability (apartments available when they are not) and lease terms (apartments listed as available for a semester when they are not). This had made my apartment hunt very frustrating because more than a few times I think I’ve found the perfect place, only for the leading company to call me and say they don’t do one semester leases or they have no apartments available!

Easy to use
While College Pads isn’t at every campus in the US, they have launched at a ton of new campuses this year - so I guess it’s just a matter of time before they are everywhere.
I like the map and how it tells you the walk times to different points on campus.

Can’t even sign into my own account on the app. Doesn’t give you the option. Pretty annoyed
Great concept but no found locations for miles
Not only is my college not listed, but neither is the many colleges around me in Atlanta where there is plenty of housing available. I thought this app would help me quickly locate a few, but even my zip code and other zip codes around me brought up no results. The closest housing it provided me was over an hour and 30 minutes away near another college.
