Simple and easy
A simple app that does its job. I prefer to call to schedule a cab and use the app to see when the car is arriving. CYC has always given me a good experience. Keep in mind that Ithaca is not a big city and there aren’t massive fleets of cars like Uber in NYC. Schedule in advance if you need a ride and they will be there for you. If you wait until the last moment they may not have a car for you.

Never had a problem
I’ve used this taxi service for Medicaid and regular service. They’re always kind and come on time with a scheduled pick up and drop off. Only complain I have is the smell of cigarette smoke. Thank you for an awesome service and always coming on time.
Horrible service
Had to catch a bus and a taxi shows up almost a half hour later, when I tried calling no answer and there’s no place to enter your trip number if you had already ordered a taxi prior to downloading the app.
Nice but has no taxis
All the drivers and staff on the phone are nice but the past 3 times I tried to call a a cab ~30 minutes out, there have been over 3 hour waits. When you get a ride it’s nice but unreliable if you need a ride at a certain time

It’s adorable I love how there’s a little car symbol showing where your taxi is and how much longer you got to wait I’m sticking with these guys
